REVIEW AND SELF-ASSESSMENT
Part 1:
Using the 6 completed Performance Feedback Surveys from Task 1, analyse and transpose the data into a report that must include the following content:
• A brief introduction explaining how and when the feedback was obtained.
• A chart that graphically represents the gradings received from all surveys. Use MS Excel or a similar program to create the chart and use a chart format that you feel is most appropriate. When inserted into your report the chart should take up no more than 50% of an A4 page
• A section with the heading “Positive comments”. In this section include feedback comments that you perceive as positive.
• A section with the heading “Negative comments”. In this section include feedback comments that you perceive as being negative or relate to areas in which the person giving feedback indicated improvement needs to be made.
• A section with the heading “Summary”.
o In this section include a sub-heading of “Areas where I am doing well”. Under this sub-heading outline the areas in which you have performed well based on the feedback received – i.e. where ratings received were Above Average or Excellent, and/or comments were all positive. Make comment on why you feel that you are performing well in these areas. (e.g. it may be due to familiarity with the skill involved or previous experience, it may be that you received additional training around that skill, etc.)
o Include a second sub-heading “Areas where I can improve”. Under this sub-heading outline the areas that you need to improve in based on the feedback received – i.e. where ratings received were Average or Poor, and/or comments were all negative. Make comment on why you feel that you aren’t performing strongly in these areas. (e.g. lack of training, minimal experience, etc)
Your completed report needs to be a minimum of two and a maximum of three A4 pages. When completed, upload the document to Learn in PDF format using the filename of Feedback_report_YourName.pdf
