OBJECTIVE: This subject is about innovation and entrepreneurship in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. The industry has made many changes in the last 50 years due to the advances in technology and demography.
To have a better appreciation and understanding of the Applied Creativity & Innovation model, students are required to conduct research and write a report about the changes in the hospitality industry. You may illustrate these changes by writing about your chosen hotel/theme park/tourist destination (could be a country or city or resort).
