Refund Policies
- If you have any problem with the services provided by our website, you will get in-tuned with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email are getting to be provided).
- Refunds are getting to be made:
- Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of cancellation of the service if the service is already started.
- Within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the service if the service has not yet started.
- No refunds would tend if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete information or the address.
- All costs of return need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the service received is problematic).
Cancellation Policies
- If you've to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It’s impossible to cancel a neighborhood of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire service and re-purchase the required quantity to simplify the transaction.
- All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of two .5% of your total service value.
- There are circumstances when the company may have to cancel a selected order.
- If a service is to be canceled in any case the procedure, the individual return policy of the vendor applies.
