Refund Policies

1. If you have any problem with the services provided by our website, you will get in-tuned with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email are getting to be provided).
2. Refunds are getting to be made:
• Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of cancellation of the service if the service is already started.
• Within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the service if the service has not yet started.
3. No refunds would tend if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete information or the address.
4. All costs of return need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the service received is problematic).

Cancellation Policies

• If you've to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It’s impossible to cancel a neighborhood of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire service and re-purchase the required quantity to simplify the transaction.
• All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of two .5% of your total service value.
• There are circumstances when the company may have to cancel a selected order.
• If a service is to be canceled in any case the procedure, the individual return policy of the vendor applies.
