Details of task:
Write up a case study in which you describe and analyse an organisational change management process. This does not have to be limited to nursing or healthcare as change management principles are universal. If you do select healthcare consider some contemporary changes impacting on healthcare delivery, clinical informatics, or workflow and redesign.
• In doing this case study draw on your learning’s from the unit, and compare and contrast the change management process to contemporary theorists. Consider critically analysing the change management process
