Summary and conclusion.
In this paper I have analysed insert key historical approaches, legislation, events to a key target cohort of people . I have identified a key target group/cohort who were impacted and I have provided an argument as to whether I insert agree or disagree as to whether these insert events or factors are still impacting on inclusion today in society and the implications for community services.
