You have been appointed the Director of Organisational Development for your organisation. The first thing you must do is develop a strategic plan for the next five years.

In this first phase of the development of your strategic plan:
• discuss the approaches you will use to develop your strategic plan
• outline the key variables that are driving your organisation’s development, including any challenges that it is facing
• clearly articulate a vision and mission statement and outline your goals and objectives for the next five years.
