Essay question:
Illustrate your gained knowledge on career development and reflect on how your assessment results could be applied to the workplace.
Your text font should be Times New Roman in font size 12 and double spaced (2.0)
Your report structure/subheadings are outlined below:
1. Introduction (150-200 words)
You should include a hook, background and an outline.
2. Career development & employability (around 400 words) Choose 2 topics from the table below and then write about:
• What does this mean?
• Why is it important for employability or career development?
• What are some tips or strategies for developing this?

4. Aptitude Testing
You must use citations when using work, ideas and theories that are not yours.

Step 4: Choose ONE of the 14 tests available, take the test and read the results.
