2. Choose one of the companies listed below:

• Events (Staging Connections / Reed Exhibitions)

3. In a business style report, research each stage of the Employee Life Cycle outlining how the chosen company addresses each stage.
4. Based on your findings, make two recommendations on how your chosen company can improve their HR processes in order to become/remain an employer of choice.
5. A minimum of 6 references should be used for a Pass grade in this section of the assessment.
