Purpose of
the assessment and linkage to ULO. Student is required to answer 6 questions come from the tutorial questions from week 2 to week 11
The following Unit Learning Outcomes are applicable to this assessment:
- Explain different types of contemporary ‘Organisational Behaviour’ theory and practice including an analysis of the behaviour of individuals and groups in organisations.
- Integrate diverse OB theory and practices in critical analysis of problem situation and communicate those ideas in a clear and coherent manner.
- Apply problem solving and critical thinking abilities by identifying and analysing the choices available for developing alternative organisational behaviour approaches in the workplace
- Form an appreciation of the complexities and uncertainties of organisational behaviour by examining their own role in the light of experience of real-time problem settings
