As Hanz Konig, Head of Operations, JCG Department Store, you are required to produce an action plan, as a result of leading valuable relationships in the Department Store. You will be working with Human Resources (HR) and each Department manager.
Leading and managing people r an interactive and social knowhow, so it will take time to understand how to build trust, develop networks or resolve conflict in a business environment.
