Provide an interesting presentation of your findings from Assessment 3 Comparison Report.
Create a PowerPoint presentation. (6 slides)
Slides1: Introduction slide -explain the two companies and industry
Slide 2 : Compare and contrast customer types for each company
Slide 3: Highlight and compare the customer service between the 2 companies.
Slide4: discuss findings on training customer serviced staff
Slide 5: which company would you like to work 4 and why?
Slide 6 Conclusion and ask for questions.
Have you highlighted what the companies did well and what they didn’t do well when it came to customer service.
