Introduction
You are currently hired as a consultant for Elite Education Institute to undertake “Reviews to
improve the management and operational processes of the Institute”
Individual Assignment (15%) and Presentation (10%)
Write a 1,000-word business report and submit at least 10 PowerPoint/Prezi slide that evaluates the current systems and processes at Elite and provide recommendations for improvement. Your job is to persuade the management of Elite to accept these recommendations.
Report on improvements should include:
• System and Processes
• Teaching
• Student Pastoral Care
• Workplace Communication
• Staff Management
• Conflict Resolution
• Why Elite should accept these recommendations
• Use theories outlined in the course (e.g. ACE model, high vs. low context)
Presentation (10%)
