Read the Bediang et al. (2014) article found in the Week 1 Learning Resources.
Summarise the intended health benefits of the project, and critique it in light of criticisms of pilotitus (i.e. short-term projects), neo-colonialism (where only a certain few control knowledge/expertise) and lack of evaluation of ICT, along with the challenges of introducing the project in resourceconstrained health systems and infrastructure challenges.
