Goal: The purpose of this task is for you to critique a nursing practice guideline or protocol.

Criteria: You will be assessed on your ability to:
• Select evidence specific to a selected nursing practice guideline or protocol
• Analyse and interpret the evidence supporting the nursing practice guideline or protocol
• Communicate findings using digital techniques for a professional audience.

Description of task
You will work in pairs as negotiated with the course coordinator and select a nursing protocol or practice guideline from the options made available. You will review, and critique the evidence base of the protocol, and appraise the efficacy of the nursing procedure based on your analysis. You will prepare and submit a digital presentation of your findings in an agreed poster format. For this poster Harvard referencing style is to be used.
