Assessment 3: Report - Concept Store SACHI
Assessment Overview:
Using Primary and Secondary research, apply learning outcomes to develop and establish a Concept Premium/Luxury label/ FASHION brand in Perth.
My chosen is to develop and establish a women clothing brand name SACHI in Perth – selling only white design clothing (online clothing store) BUT will have a pop-up store in ENEX 100 ( in Perth city) to promote for the brand!
1. Assessment Instructions:
Prepare a report together with journal entries that will lay the foundations towards developing a Premium Brand/Label for your product/service of choice.
Report Details:
Ideally the report should cover the following areas and act as your draft-marketing plan for your label/brand:
• An overview of your product and or service (include Product and Price Strategy in this aspect)
• Present personal observations of information gathered during the Urban Walk About activity
• The markets and consumer behavior that will be targeted (include how they will be able to access your product/service i.e. Placement Strategy)
• The Promotion Mix that will be used
• The objective of your overall Marketing Strategy including your intended positioning and or differentiation strategy
2. Assessable Criteria
You will be assessed on the following requirements:

• Accurate identification of Pricing and Product Strategy that reflects the
tenets of a luxury/premium brand
• Demonstrating clear understanding of consumer behavior and market
targeting – displayed in theoretical underpinnings identified in the report
• Presentation of Primary research aimed at identifying the current climate
and practice of luxury brands in a local context
• Justification of Promotion Mix, Positioning and Differentiation strategy that
will contribute to building brand equity in the current luxury/premium
environment
3. Submission Requirements:
Report
• Submission should be no more than 1500 words (+/- 10%, not including
bibliography/appendices)
• This assessment may be uploaded to Turnitin for an originality report. Any submissions that have more than 15% similarity will need to be redone.
• Submissions must comply with all PWA referencing and academic integrity policies

• An overview of your product and or service, Accurate identification of Pricing and Product Strategy that reflects on SACHI (include Product and Price Strategy (range from $60 to $120)) please mention it’s an online store, base in Perth and ship worldwide!
• Location for pop-up store: Give a reason why chose ENEX 100 for pop-up store and not other place in Perth City !!! (because ENEX 100 have high traffic of people pass by/ go through the shopping mall every second of the day etc.)
• The markets and consumer behavior that will be targeted. Demonstrating clear understanding of consumer behavior and market targeting – displayed in theoretical underpinnings identified in the report (include how they will be able to access your product/service i.e. Placement Strategy) age from 16 to 30, office ladies etc.
• Presentation of Primary research aimed at identifying the current climate and practice of luxury brands in a local context (research about Perth luxury clothing brand in general)
• The Promotion Mix that will be used (do some research about Promotion Mix and base on that !!! choose one that suit this brand!!!)
• The objective of your overall Marketing Strategy including your intended Positioning and Differentiation strategy that will contribute to building brand equity in the current luxury/premium environment (do some research about similar brand and base on that do this brand, make it reliable and true in real life)
