• Each part is a different way of analysing a biz opportunity chosen by your team
• Each person in the room will produce an individual Feasibility Study
• Each person will be responsible for a part of the model as part of a group
Submission
Individual submission marked by the tutor:
•85% for the written FS
•15% for the pitch
• Work in a group of 5 or 6 students, identify a business idea, i.e. the opportunity
• Opportunity will be in Middlesex Street, i.e. directly outside university where you can speak to potential customers, and observe the competition
• You work in teams but you write up the Feasibility Study (FS) individually
• Each student has a specialism (e.g. micro market, macro industry, etc.), therefore each student is project manager of his/her specialism
• FS has to be original individual works: NO
PLAGIARISM!
• Each student’s FS must include all 5 parts of the Mullins adapted model

Feasibility Study submission deadline

This is how a 2000 words assignment should look, and what it should comprise!
Pitch
• Formative pitch: Week 5: you will individually pitch your progress to the rest of your class and get feedback.
Alphabetical order: A-L: Seminar 5a
M-Z: Seminar 5b
You will use the 7SM to pitch
• Week 10 pitch: 12-16 December: you will individually pitch.
Alphabetical order:
A-L: Seminar 10a
M-Z: Seminar 10b
Marked pitch = 15% mark
You will use professional PowerPoint/Prezi slides to pitch
