What are two arguments for this approach? One of his colleagues (Marc), who is also a graduate teacher teaching a Year 3 class, has said he will not be using any extrinsic rewards. What are two arguments that would support Marc’s view?

2. Sophie is a graduate teacher starting at a new school in a Year 6/7 class. She has been informed that the school has a policy requiring all students to do a minimum of 10 minutes of homework each week night.Explain and justify the steps, from a Behaviour Modification approach, that Sophie could take to make sure her students do their homework and bring it back to school the next day. Use relevant readings to support your response, in particular the process as outlined on Page 63 of your textbook.
