Different countries view substance use and misuse differently; how substance use is viewed may dictate the policy responses of that country, despite what the available evidence suggests. For this assessment, you should present three policy responses which you believe have had the most impact upon reducing substance use and its harm. These policies can be related to the same substance in different countries (e.g. alcohol) or different substances in one country.
