1. Create a new Project 2016 file and ensure you are Auto-Scheduling for Tasks.
2. Use the data on the Excel sheets in the workbook
• Enter task name and duration from ‘Tasks’ tab into Gantt view. Ensure Summary Tasks and Sub-Tasks are correctly shown to match spreadsheet 2
• Enter predecessors into Gantt view 1
• Enter resource information from ‘Resources’ tab into Resource Sheet 1
• Enter resource assignments from ‘Resource Assignments’ tab into Gantt view 1
3. Set project start date to March 18, 2021 0.5
4. Check the Project Information dialog box Statistics which shows following information. copy statistics box using Snipping Tool and enter in this word document 1

• How many days work?
• How much will the project cost?
5. Identify and resolve any resource over-allocations and insert you notes in provided table 4

• Overtime cost of customer service lead 1.5
