c) Evaluate the principles of cost control and the necessary resources for rooms division.

Context:
This assessment task requires you to virtually explore the room’s division area within a luxury hotel in the CBD, observe and then share your finding with your peers in the form of a presentation. Instructions:
o This assessment task requires you, as a group (of 5), to present the findings of your virtual observations of the room’s division of a hotel. o The group will present the main findings for 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes Q&A and feedback.
Research points guiding your research (but not limited to this only)
• Slide 1: Brief description on hotel’s corporate group/brand, part of a chain or any relevant history.
• Slide 2: Website information & appearance, and quality

Submission Instructions:
1. The presentation (6 slides) should be converted into a PDF file and uploaded to Turnitin on time on the due date. Note: 1 slide will be your mood board.
2. All referencing must be in accordance with the Academic Writing Guide: APA 6th Edition on SharePoint.
3. A TUA cover sheet to be attached to your PDF presentation (Group assessment cover sheet)
