Exceeds expectations
The student demonstrates high level comprehension and application of the chosen QI framework to the hypothetical implementation of their chosen QI initiative. The student demonstrates advanced evaluation skills identifying and justifying the choice of members in the change team.
Meets expectations
The student demonstrates good comprehension and application of the chosen QI framework to the hypothetical implementation of their chosen QI initiative. Implementation of the hypothetical project is clear but may lack detail in some areas. The student demonstrates some evaluation skills identifying and justifying the choice of members in the change team.
Satisfactory
The student demonstrates satisfactory comprehension and application of the chosen QI framework to the hypothetical implementation of their chosen QI initiative. Some implementation aspects of the QI framework applied lacked depth or accuracy or may not be clearly aligned to the quality initiative stated. The student demonstrates limited evidence of evaluation skills identifying and justifying the choice of members in the change team.
Unsatisfactory
The student demonstrates unsatisfactory comprehension and application of the chosen QI framework to the hypothetical implementation of their chosen QI initiative. How the hypothetical QI initiative will be implemented informed by a QI framework is unclear/incomplete/poorly considered. There is no clear evidence of evaluation; the change team may have been listed but no justification for their choice provided.
