Managing operation concerned with converting materials and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible. In this report, you should analysis relevant strategies or theories of you chosen organization and show a good understanding of operation management as a tool and strategies.
With you critical thinking skill, you will also need to analyze the issues and suggest which theories or methods the organization should use for future growth.
1. Discuss and analyze the impact of the information technology as a key enabler in supply chain management of the organization (20%)
