For the health protection related issue identified in the first assessment:
Identify and critically evaluate the prevention and control strategies currently being implemented to manage the issue within the chosen geographical area.
Propose evidence-based recommendations to strengthen and/or improve the current prevention and control strategies to reduce its impact on public health in the future.

How does this assignment relate to what we are doing in scheduled sessions?
Each week the public health protection lectures will highlight and discuss strategies which are used to prevent or control outbreaks of infectious diseases, or to mitigate the impact of environmental hazards.
In this assignment you will use your knowledge and understanding of good practice to evaluate how effectively strategies are being implemented within a specified geographical area. You will then use your knowledge and understanding of good practice, to propose recommendations to improve strategies that you have identified as being sub-optimal.
