Instructions In this assessment you will conduct and report a risk assessment of bleach, used during cleaning.
Follow these steps: 1. Undertake research to identify the potential for bleach to cause harm to the user during cleaning (i.e. the hazards of bleach).
5. Evaluate the potential for harm, and suggest controls to prevent exposure to the chemical, which will reduce the risk of injury to an acceptable level. 6. Develop a report, for the Senior Manager, which describes the task, includes the risk assessment, the suggested controls and the implementation of the control
