60% Drawing on the project problem statement, goal, objectives, strategies and justification from Assessment 2A&B, use the Project Management Plan template located in the MyLO assessment resources folder to develop a Project Management Plan. This will include an overview, goal, work breakdown structure, schedule and resource plan, objectives, project management office structure, stakeholder management and communication plan, resourcing requirements, risk management, quality management, project closure and outcomes realisation, project activities and appendices.
